Required Documents

1.Identity Proof :

• • Domicile Certificate : Aadhar card, voter ID, passport, or any government-issued identification.
  • Purpose: To verify the identity of the applicant.

2.Educational Certificates :

• • Class 10 and 12 Mark Sheets: Official mark sheets from board examinations.
  • Degree Certificates: For students applying for postgraduate courses, relevant degree certificates are required.
  • Admission Letter: A copy of the admission letter from the current educational institution confirming enrollment.

3.Income Certificate :

• • • Issuing Authority: Must be issued by a government authority, such as a revenue officer or local government office.(BDO, SDO, exclusive officer etc. )
    • Details Included: It should clearly state the total annual income of the family, along with the applicant’s name.

4.Caste Certificate (if applicable) :

• • Eligibility: Required for students from SC/ST/OBC categories.
  • Issuing Authority: Must be issued by a competent authority, typically a government official.
  • Purpose: To verify eligibility for reserved category benefits.

5.Bank Account Details :

• • Passbook Copy: A photocopy of the first page of the bank passbook showing the account number, IFSC code, and the student’s name.
  • Purpose: Necessary for disbursal of scholarship funds.

6.Passport photo & Signature : Usually, 2-3 recent :

• • Photo: Recant Passport size color photograph .
  • Signature: Student scanned copy signature .

7.Email & Phone No :

• • Email : Provide a valid email (e.g., example@example.com).
  • Phone No : Provide your mobile number (e.g., +91XXXXXXXXXX )
  • Purpose : For receiving SMS updates or calls related to the application.

8.Additional Documents (if applicable):

• • Transfer Certificate: If the student is transferring from another institution.
  • Migration Certificate: Required for students migrating from one board/university to another.
  • Proof of Disability: For differently-abled students, relevant documents may be required.
